What Kind of AI Images Can We Print?

We can print AI-generated designs for party backdrops, wedding signs, birthday signs, baby shower backdrops and more.

However, we need the actual design, NOT a picture of a decorated party setup.

✅ What to Upload

• A clean, flat image of your design.
• A clear, high-quality image.
• Artwork that matches the size and shape of your chosen sign or backdrop.
• A design with no tables, balloons, candles or other party props in front of it.

❌ What NOT to Upload

• Pictures of fully decorated party setups.
• AI images showing balloons, tables, cakes, flowers or props placed in front of the backdrop.
• Blurry, pixelated or low-quality images.
• Screenshots of your design.
• Images with watermarks.

Important: If your AI image shows a backdrop surrounded by balloons, flowers and party props, please ask your AI tool to create just the flat backdrop artwork without the decorations in front.

We print the artwork you send us. We do not remove decorations or props from your image.

How to Create Your AI Design in the Correct Size

When asking AI to create your artwork, tell it the exact size of the backdrop or sign you are ordering.

For example:

• 6ft wide x 3ft tall
• 7ft wide x 3.5ft tall
• 6ft wide x 4ft tall

Make sure the size you tell AI matches the size you choose when ordering.

You can copy this simple instruction into your AI tool:

“Create a flat party backdrop design measuring 6ft wide by 3ft tall. I want to print this design, so please show only the artwork. Do not include balloons, tables, chairs, cakes, props or a party setup. Make the design clear and keep important details away from the edges.”

Simply change the measurements to match your chosen size.

Important Information About AI Image Quality

Please read before ordering.

AI-generated images can look beautiful on your phone or computer but may become blurry or pixelated when printed much larger.

This happens when an image does not have enough detail for large-format printing.

To get the best results:

• Download the highest-quality version of your AI image.
• Check that the image looks clear when you zoom in.
• Make sure all names, dates and spelling are correct.
• Avoid using small screenshots or blurry pictures.
• Make sure your artwork is the correct shape for your chosen size.

You are responsible for the quality of the artwork you upload.

Parties & Signs cannot take responsibility for poor image resolution, pixelation, blurry details, spelling mistakes or other issues already present in your supplied artwork.

We print from the file you provide and cannot guarantee that AI-generated images will remain sharp when enlarged.

Please check your artwork carefully before uploading.
