Shipping & Returns

 

  • Shipping costs. Standard shipping £7.99 (7-10 business days after the day your order is received) Express shipping £17.99 (3-5 business days from the day your order is received)

 

  • Click and collect. You can collect your signs from our Benfleet studio (SS7 4PS) for free within standard time frames (7-10 business days). Express click and collect 2-3 business days  will cost £7.99 for the express printing service

 

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, your order is processed and sent to production based on your chosen delivery method. Cut off time for same day processing is 8.30am Mon – Friday, orders placed over the weekend will be processed 8.30am on Monday. Express orders are processed and delivered within 3 – 5 business days, standard orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 business days). Not that certain regions (e.g. Northern Ireland ‘BT’ postcode may take an extra day for delivery)

 

  • Domestic and international shipping options. We ship across the UK. Standard and express shipping costs apply to UK deliveries. Shipping to Ireland and international locations vary therefore we recommend that you contact us or arrange courier collection.

 

  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive in the event of circumstances outside our control.

 

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS  & RETURNS

 

REFUND POLICY

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 14 days of receipt 

If you are not completely satisfied with your  purchase, you can return your goods for a full refund (excluding postage) providing that we receive the within 14 days from date of delivery, in it’s original saleable condition with the original packaging. See section (1) below 

Please note that personalised items / made to order items cannot be refunded, however a free replacement will be issued in the event of damage or faults. See section (ii) below

RETURNING YOUR PARTIES & SIGNS PRODUCTS

(i) NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS 

Returns Process:

1. Items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please email us at: signs@partiesandsigns.com  providing order number and the reason for return 

2.Post the item back to us in its original packaging  (ensuring the items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit) within 14 days of receipt including your name and order number inside the package.

3. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and  funds credited via your original payment method.  Please allow 1 week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed. 

We recommend that items are posted with recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost during postage .

All items must be received in perfect condition, with all original parts included. Items damaged upon receipt or with missing parts cannot be refunded

(ii)PERSONALISED / CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Any personalised items or products which have been made to order cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.  A free replacement will be provided in the event of faults or damages caused during postage. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the care instructions will not be refunded. 

We make every effort to ensure items on our website are a true reflection of the final product.

Replacement Process: 

1. Items with manufacturing faults or damaged on receipt will be replaced free of charge. Please email us at: signs@partiesandsigns.com  providing order number and picture evidence of the fault / damage within 24 hours of receipt

2. The customer service team will acknowledge receipt of your email and issue a replacement sign which will be shipped to the original shipping address
