RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS
Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 14 days of receipt
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a full refund (excluding postage) providing that we receive the within 14 days from date of delivery, in it’s original saleable condition with the original packaging. See section (1) below
Please note that personalised items / made to order items cannot be refunded, however a free replacement will be issued in the event of damage or faults. See section (ii) below
RETURNING YOUR PARTIES & SIGNS PRODUCTS
(i) NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
1. Items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org providing order number and the reason for return
2.Post the item back to us in its original packaging (ensuring the items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit) within 14 days of receipt including your name and order number inside the package.

3. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and funds credited via your original payment method. Please allow 1 week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.
We recommend that items are posted with recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost during postage .
All items must be received in perfect condition, with all original parts included. Items damaged upon receipt or with missing parts cannot be refunded
(ii)PERSONALISED / CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Any personalised items or products which have been made to order cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. A free replacement will be provided in the event of faults or damages caused during postage. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the care instructions will not be refunded.
We make every effort to ensure items on our website are a true reflection of the final product.
1. Items with manufacturing faults or damaged on receipt will be replaced free of charge. Please email us at: email@example.com providing order number and picture evidence of the fault / damage within 24 hours of receipt
2. The customer service team will acknowledge receipt of your email and issue a replacement sign which will be shipped to the original shipping address
We are responsible for all packages until they are delivered. Items lost in transit as confirmed by the courier will be replaced however items which are evidenced as delivered cannot be claimed as we cannot be responsible for a client not being home or in scenarios where the client has provided the wrong / incomplete shipping address. The package is the purchasers responsibility once delivered to the correct address.
